Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be suspended immediately and the associated balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number — must be true and accurate. 33bdi reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
If required, 33bdi may request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification. If verification is not completed within the given timeframe, withdrawals will remain on hold.
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
33bdi processes transactions only through the mobile financial services currently available in Bangladesh.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳41,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A wagering requirement of 20x applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own separate terms — please read the details before accepting any offer.
- Bonuses may only be used by the account holder; they cannot be transferred.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
- 33bdi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus fraud is suspected, the account may be suspended during the investigation.
Fair Play and Betting Policy
5.1 Fair Play Commitment

6.4 Maximum Liability
